Dove maximum protection

I have never paid much attention to deodorants. If they smell nice it's fine with me. I'll just throw them in the basket and buy a new one when it's empty but this time things are a bit different. I tried the Dove maximum protection stick after reading a few good things about it on misslipgloss and i wanted to try a stick because up until now I've only used spray deodorants which seem to be bad for the enviroment.

Let's start this post of by saying that I always love to go through other people's stuff. That doesn't mean that I search through their bag or rooms but I love to watch Youtube videos about the stuff that they keep in their bag or how they organize their make-up. Therefor I decided to do a What's In My Bag blogpost for you! Let's go!

Nivea lip butters

A little while ago I bought two of the new Nivea lipbutters. I bought Raspberry Rosé and the Original. When I found out Nivea made these and there were being sold here in Holland I was pretty happy because, for as far as I know, you can't buy Nivea lip products in Holland and I heard that they were really nice.

When I got on the train to go back home I couldn't resist the temptation to try the first one; Nivea lip butter Original. I have to say i'm not to keen on putting my fingers in lip balms and then apply it to my lips because you touch everything with your hands and that way you collect a world of bacterias on your hands and putting those near my mouth doesn't sound great. But thanks to loads of hand gel I can happily apply this to my lips without having to vommit. This lip butter feels great on my lips. It feels like it feeds them. My lips get really soft and smooth and stay like that for the entire day. 

I also bought the Raspberry Rosé lip butter and this has a special place in my heart (let's not get emotional about this) This smells SO GOOD. I just want to get a spoon and eat this, that's how good it smells. As you may know i'm really picky about lip or face products that smell like food or candy because it makes me sick but i just love this one. It doesn't smell like a candy that's made in a factory but it smells like you just picked some raspberry's in a great big field. It also tastes delicious (I didn't eat it though) and just like the original lip butter, this one also makes my lips feel super soft and moisturized. 

I'm really positive about these lipbutters! They smell great, they look cute and they do their job perfectly fine. I recommend this to everyone who has dry lips and is looking for a good lipbalm/butter!

The Vow

This movie is so passionate and so beautiful that it made me cry at times when nothing sad was happening. It made me smile at times when nothing happy was going on and it made me shiver at times when there was nothing to shiver about and that doesn't happen that much. When i watched this movie it felt like i was part of it. It felt like i was part of the story and the people that are in it. It felt like i knew someone who lost their memory and i truly felt the pain of not knowing what the future brings but knowing what the past held for me. It all felt so real that i was a little bit scared of my own thoughts during and after watching this movie. It's a real eye opener. It shows you that life can be great. Even if you lost everything you once had. You just have to open up to new things and let life take you where it wants you to be. With the right people at the right time. 

You are capable of more things than you think. Remember that. 

Dove Haul

So this is what happens when you work in a shop that sell your favourite products...

A couple of weeks ago there was a 4 for 2 sale on in the shop I work at and I just couldn't resist it. I wanted to throw my wallet away or give it to somebody else but no; i did the thing I wasn't supposed to do: I bought some stuff. Or shall I say, a lot of stuff?

Let's start! First of all I bought my favourite hair shampoo ever! The Dove hair therapy nourishing oil care shampoo. This shampoo, just like the rest of the range, contains nutri-oils that make your hair really soft and will not weigh your hair down. And it smells amazing. After that I bought the Dove repair therapy intense repair hair mask. I've been meaning to buy this for a little while but for some reason I didn't. When I finally did bought it and used it I couldn't love it enough. This makes your hair so soft, so nice and so untangly if that's even a word. I already bought a Dove handsoap a couple of weeks ago before this sale was on just to try it and I loved it. The smell is amazing and my hands felt nourished after I washed them. I also bought the Maximum Protection deodorant stick in GoFresh because I heard some great things about it. And so far this lives up to my expectations. The Dove visible effects handcream also jumped into my basket just because it smells great, doesn't leave my hands feeling tacky and it works. Then I went a bit overboard and threw 4 conditioners in the basket. It must've been the evil monster inside me. This conditioner contains argan oil and my hair loves it. That's all. I need this. I also bought another conditioner, this one isn't for daily use. Why? because one conditioner (or 4) just isn't enough.... Because my hair loves me I also bought an intenste repair care spray. You can spray this on dry or damp hair and it makes brushing through the easiest job ever! 

Yes, the body stuff. I bought two of the limited edition winter care nourishing body washes because, I can't say this enough, the smell is amazing and it feels like it's good for my skin. And last but not least I bought two body lotions because my body loves me and that love is mutual. I already had two Dove bodylotions so I knew I would love these. I already had the Silky Nourishment and the Summer Glow bodylotion and I loved these so I also bought the Limited Edition Winter Care Nourishing Body Lotion and the Purely Pampering Nourishing Lotion. The last one contains Jasmine Petals and Coconut Milk and if you know me, you know I love coconut. 

So this was my Dove Haul and I hope you liked it!
